Tyrell Blog #21

Hey everybody how’s it going? I know I'm a little behind on my blogs that’s because last week the school was gone on a ski trip so there wasn’t much going on. Not even club matches. However we did train that week with my club. And with the school we played a game. I don’t know how many goals we had but we were up by 8 and then we kind of shut it off so we lost by 1. That sums up all the excitement for that week. Last week was a little better everyone returned from their ski trip to Italy. And at the same time the u18 British guys came to train with us and play against some top u18 clubs in Denmark.
Monday night we played a mini tournament with the u 18s and skovbakken jylland series 1 team so basically div 4. It was okay but we did not play to well. Tuesday 3 of us from the academy got to train with the u 18s. Wednesday was a beautiful day off. So me and mr America and a girl from Estonia took a nice long drive to Germany. While there we went to some border shots and got some candy and quite a bit of pop. But that’s not all while there we also got to see a bundasleague match. It was Flensburg vs something with a g it was amazing. It was a sold out match so there was about 6000 people I think. And the best part of this day was that we got in for free. After being about 10 mins late for the game. We had to stand but it was 100% worth it. Oh also that day I did a little modeling for new thing it’s these lights that you can use for training. www.fitlighttraining.com if you go to this website and checkout the video on the main page you’ll see that me and 1 of the other boys from the academy are the main ones in it. So they came back and asked to take some pictures of us in action it. Being a model is tiring work lol. But that was a busy busy Wednesday. Thursday was training in the morning and then the u18s britian guys played against a top u18 club in Denmark who are just so good. 2 of them play in the top division here. Then Friday we played all kinds of drills against the u18s it was a pretty good training. That finally started the weekend.
Now this weekend was pretty cool why you might ask because me and mr America hosted a big party at the school. We had a glow in the dark themed party it was pretty stressful planning it out all week but it was fun. And the best part was that it turned out soo good I think it was the best party since ive been here. Word up it was dope. Everyone was impressed they were so happy. Except the Danish kids were complaining about the music they just aren’t balling like we are in north America. Sunday was just a rest day seeing that I had no games for the second weekend in a row but this weekend we start again. I look forward to it and can’t wait to tell you about it because we have to win all six more matches for a chance to move up to the second division. But until I’ll see you guys later odious amigos.

Tyrell Blog #20

Hey everybody you ready for an action packed week of handball? Yeah I thought so. Well this week started with a beautiful workout in the morning. Then we had training later in the afternoon but because our academy goalie got hurt playing soccer we did some agility training. And of course it was hard just elastic and jumping and passing. After that beautiful session I found out that in 2 hours id be leaving to practice with a top division club. So I had me some food and some chocolate milk. Before we started training we got to see the u18 shea academy. Its an academy where they try and get the best players from all over Denmark and they train a lot! And what can I say other then that they were fricken good. They were also big I mean height some of them were real tall others were just ripped. Oh and they're only 18. But yo then the pro team came in and damn they was even bigger And faster. Anyway training with them was so good. I wish I could train with them all the time. And a little side bonus was that the u21 national team goalie was there starting goalie and I got to shoot on him for like 20mins it was dope. By the end of the day I was beyond tired but it was a good tired. And this was only Monday.
Tuesday was…… I cant remember what we did with the academy. Seeing that the goalie is still hurt but I do remember that it was a bad training because everybody just sucked that day couldn’t even catch a ball. Then I had club training that night. Wednesday was the greatest day off ever. Thursday had training in the morning and club training at night it was pretty much the same as always. Except I went to physio because of my shin sprints. And yes I mean sprint not splints. Why you ask it’s because I'm just to fast. And that man Is magic. My legs are much better now but they have their days where I just shouldn’t train. Friday was the best training we had all week (with the academy). We had a coach from the team I trained with on Monday night and I took like a million shots. Mans were tired but it was good then we did lots of decision making. Saturday was chilling just relaxed. Sunday was game day we played against the team in first place. It was a close game but in the last 5 -10mins we gave up and lost by 6.i had 2 goals. Okay day in the office. And that’s the week. A lot of handball but time for me to go peace out yall
